If within 30 days of delivery you change your mind and the garment is

  • unworn,
  • still in its original packaging,
  • unlaundered, and
  • has its original tags

then we'll happy to refund you less any shipping charges.

Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. We can only process refunds onto the original card that the purchase was made on.

If you received free or discounted shipping, then the standard delivery fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Some items may not be returned or exchanged. The Web site product page will indicate such items in the product description.

To ensure a safe and prompt return or exchange, please

  • pack items carefully into a tough box;
  • use a traceable method to keep track of where your return is; and
  • include your order number (if you are requesting an exchange, please note the new items that you would like).

You are responsible for return shipping charges and re-shipping fees if you opted for an exchange. You are not responsible for either fee if your items arrived damaged or if you did not receive what you ordered.

If your order was incorrectly shipped or has damaged items, it is important that you return them to us in the same condition that you received them to ensure a full refund.
